I visited Bakerist Brown, a bakery near Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 6 in Gangnam. The red-brick exterior and clean interior stood out, and the space spreading over three floors let me enjoy bread and drinks without feeling crowded. If you're looking for a bakery café around Gangnam Station or Sinnonhyeon Station, I hope this detailed review helps.

## Gangnam bakery: Bakerist Brown

Let me start by showing you photos of what I ordered.

Since it's open every day, it's a good spot to keep in mind whenever you're looking for a bakery café near Gangnam Station or Sinnonhyeon Station.

The red-brick exterior really stood out, and with three floors in operation, the place felt quite large.

Near the entrance there were photos of the signature menu items, so I could check out what was available before going in.

### Outdoor tables and the 1st-floor waiting area

There are outdoor tables near the entrance — on a nice day it'd be great to sit outside with bread and a drink. The 1st floor also has waiting seats, and takeout is available too.

### Seating up to the 3rd floor — good for group meetups?

It's a popular café, but with seating up to the 3rd floor, I could still settle in comfortably. The tables were spaced generously too, which made it easy to relax.

There were sofas too, which looked comfortable for relaxing while enjoying bread and drinks.

The 3rd floor in particular has a big table that seats several people — it looked great for study sessions or group meetups.

## Drink and bakery lineup

The drink menu was varied too — not just coffee, but tea and ades as well, so there's something for every taste.

The bakery selection was diverse as well — you pick what you want onto a plate and pay at the counter.

Unusual items like melon salt bread and chocolate kadaif walnut salt bread made browsing fun too.

### Gangnam Sand: prices and flavors

I also got to try the Gangnam Sand, one of Bakerist Brown's signature items. Flavors include sweet pumpkin and butter, caramel and white chocolate, black sesame and cream, chocolate and cream, Earl Grey, and peanut butter. You can buy them individually for around ₩2,400–2,500 each, or get a set if you want to try a few flavors together.

- Gangnam Sand 8-piece set ₩19,000
- Salt bread ₩3,500

Off to one side of the store there were straws, napkins, and wet wipes.

## Goods corner

Bakerist Brown also sells its own goods — t-shirts, mugs, and more.

## Tasting order: black sesame latte first

![Black sesame latte topped with black sesame cream](https://img.superchart.com/images/bakerst-brown-sinnonhyeon-salt-bread-goods/bakerst-brown-sinnonhyeon-salt-bread-goods-21-rs8ha-966.webp)

Once my order arrived, I dug in properly. I started with the black sesame latte. Topped with black sesame cream, it had a rich, nutty flavor along with the coffee taste underneath. It felt like a great match with the bakery items.

### Gangnam Sand

The Gangnam Sand had an overall soft texture, and with different creams and flavors inside, it was fun to try each one. The size was just right, and it went well with the drink. With so many flavors in one set, it'd make a nice dessert gift too.

### Salt bread

The salt bread had a soft texture — light on the outside, soft inside, and it paired well with the black sesame latte.

I also filmed the interior atmosphere and the menu items at Bakerist Brown, a Gangnam Station bakery.

Bakerist Brown had such a wide range of bakery items that there was something for every taste. From familiar options like madeleines and pies to various salt breads and the Gangnam Sand, the choices were plentiful. It was also a comfortable place to sit and eat at leisure across three floors. If you're looking for a bakery near Gangnam Station or Sinnonhyeon Station, this one's worth a visit.
