The interior is done up cleanly in white tones and felt tidy overall. There were plenty of seats for eating in the restaurant, too. It was a comfortable vibe for eating alone without any pressure.

You order through a kiosk, and after choosing a poke menu you can set your preferred base ratio, which I liked. Being able to choose the salad-to-rice ratio meant I could eat it exactly to my taste.

I ordered the smoked duck poke and tofu poke as takeout, and the packaging was neat and easy to carry.

The bowl came generously packed with smoked duck, chickpeas, red onion, lentils, and more. With half salad and half oat brown rice, I could enjoy the crunchy texture of the vegetables together with the heartiness of the rice.

## Tofu poke, 11,000 won

This one had fried soft tofu along with the usual basic toppings. The mild tofu and fresh vegetables paired well with the nutty black sesame sauce drizzled over them. Overall it had a clean, light taste that was easy to eat without feeling heavy.

I tried the smoked duck poke and tofu poke at Hola Poke Seolleung Branch. Being able to choose the ratio of salad to oat brown rice was great since I could tailor the meal to my taste.
