## In short

Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch is a bossam (boiled pork wraps) restaurant on Yangpyeong-ro 12-gil near Dangsan Station in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. On a weekend evening the small ogyeop bossam set cost 35,000 won and came with a choice of dongjuk kalguksu (clam knife-cut noodle soup) or jaengban makguksu (cold noodle platter), and the pork was tender enough that a baby ate it happily. With plenty of space left at the nearby public parking lot, Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch is worth a repeat visit for a family dinner in Dangsan.

I was looking for somewhere to eat around Dangsan on a weekend evening and ended up at Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch. 🍲🥢 Ordering one bossam (boiled pork wrap) set means you get kalguksu noodles along with it, so it seemed like a solid dinner option. We went with the ogyeop bossam set and chose dongjuk kalguksu, and eating warm noodle soup in between bites of bossam turned out to be a great combo, haha. Best of all, we drove there, and maybe because it was the weekend, the nearby public parking lot had plenty of spots — no parking stress at all, which was great.

## Where is Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch, and what are its hours?

Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch is at 9 Yangpyeong-ro 12-gil, 1st floor, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It's open from 11:00 to 22:00 with a break time from 15:00 to 16:00. Takeout, delivery, and reservations are all available, and group dining is possible too.

We visited on a weekend evening and used the nearby public parking lot, and when I got there, there were plenty of open spots so parking was easy. Around Dangsan, driving somewhere usually means worrying about parking first, but this time we got in without any of that stress, haha.

## Walking from Dangsan Station and what the restaurant looks like

Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch isn't far from Dangsan Station, and the big sign made it easy to find. It's a bossam specialty restaurant, but they also serve kalguksu and jjukkumi (spicy stir-fried octopus), so it felt like a comfortable place to grab a meal anytime from lunch through dinner!

The interior overall was clean and comfortable. Rather than a loud, pub-like bossam joint, it felt relaxed enough for a family dinner, which made it a good pick for a weekend evening meal. Seating ranges from tables for 2–4 people up to spots for larger groups.

## What comes with the 35,000-won small ogyeop bossam set?

What we ordered was the small ogyeop bossam set for 35,000 won. When you order the ogyeop bossam set, you can choose either dongjuk kalguksu or jaengban makguksu. After some deliberation, we went with dongjuk kalguksu!

Since the set comes with noodles included rather than just bossam on its own, the price felt reasonable. For reference, at lunch there's also the ogyeop bossam set menu for 12,000 won and the jjukkumi set for 13,000 won, which looks like a good option for office workers nearby too!

## Tasting the ogyeop bossam and dongjuk kalguksu

First, a plate of ogyeop bossam comes out, along with bossam kimchi, cabbage leaves, and ssamjang (dipping sauce).

![A piece of ogyeop bossam paired with bossam kimchi](https://img.superchart.com/images/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner-09-1brq4-900.webp)

![Cabbage wrap topped with bossam and kimchi](https://img.superchart.com/images/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner-10-yzmvy-900.webp)

I'm someone who thinks the kimchi matters just as much as the meat when it comes to bossam, haha, and since there was plenty to pair it with, my hand kept reaching back for more.

![Dongjuk kalguksu served as part of the set](https://img.superchart.com/images/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner-11-b9wy3-900.webp)

And choosing dongjuk kalguksu turned out to be a good call! Eating bossam nonstop can get a little heavy after a while, so taking a break with a bowl of warm kalguksu broth was really nice.

![Broth and noodles of the dongjuk kalguksu](https://img.superchart.com/images/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner-12-1pt35-900.webp)

And since it wasn't a separately ordered extra bowl of kalguksu but actually included in the ogyeop bossam set, it was a great combo for two people who want both bossam and broth in one meal.

![Ogyeop bossam served with dried radish side dish](https://img.superchart.com/images/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner-13-4t2kh-900.webp)

The bossam was just fatty enough, and the dried radish side dish was tasty too, honestly rivaling a certain famous bossam chain (starts with N*). My husband and our baby especially cleaned their plates, haha.

## Why Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch works with a baby

![Dinner table with bossam shared with a baby](https://img.superchart.com/images/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner-14-1ctyz-m-900.webp)

We brought our baby along this time, and it was nice that I didn't have to stress too much over what our baby could eat. Maybe because the bossam pork was on the softer side, our baby ate really well, haha.

With both bossam and dongjuk kalguksu on the table, the adults could properly enjoy the kimchi and bossam while it was easy to set aside baby-friendly bits for our little one!

## Verdict: a family dinner spot in Dangsan

![Full table spread of the ogyeop bossam set at Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch](https://img.superchart.com/images/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner/cheongun-bossam-dangsan-baby-dinner-15-1k978-1200.webp)

We ended up at Cheongun Bossam Dangsan Branch while looking for somewhere to have dinner with the baby in Dangsan! The ogyeop bossam set coming with dongjuk kalguksu made for a solid combo, and above all, the bossam was soft enough that our baby ate really well! They even offered to reheat the bossam if it got cold while we were eating — a small touch, but it felt thoughtful, haha.

Parking at the public lot was also easy on the weekend, so if you're looking for a spot in Dangsan for a family dinner with a baby, this place is worth a repeat visit. 🧡
