Once I ordered, they first brought over warm beef broth, which was lovely to sip before the meal. It did not taste like the inexpensive kind that often comes as a side; it had the flavor of something carefully made, and I really enjoyed it. The dotori-muk sabal was cool and refreshing, too, so it paired nicely with the bulgogi. I also loved that a staff member grilled it for us, so we could eat comfortably. Once it began bubbling away, I wrapped the meat with sprouts and scallions, and it was so delicious. It was seasoned just right, and the glass noodles added another fun bite. Once a little bulgogi broth had formed, I mixed in rice—it was an absolute rice thief, haha. ### Wang galbitang with tender short ribs With hot wang galbitang following the bulgogi, it was such a satisfying meal♡ The ribs were tender rather than chewy, the meat came easily off the bone, and the rich broth was great with rice. After having the hot broth and ribs, a whole bowl of rice disappeared in no time, haha.
