There's a long window along one side that lets in gorgeous light. Great for a weekday afternoon meal in the sun. Good for a cozy date for two, and just as good for a bigger group. Fun layout, with a big table right in the middle. It's dog-friendly, so it's a great stop after a walk with your dog in Seoul Forest. I came in alone and took a seat by myself at the big table. ### A Western restaurant in Seongsu made for brunch with friends One wall in particular had really striking interior design — clean, white-toned, sophisticated but comfortable. A really, really good space for a weekday morning brunch get-together. ## The Kongkase Seongsu menu Kongkase Seongsu's Western menu covers gnocchi, risotto, pasta, lasagna, plus salads and soups. I wanted a hot latte, but unfortunately hot wasn't available, so I ordered it iced instead. And wow, it was so good. It came piled high with rocket, so green and pretty.
