After finishing one tub, I started using a new one. The black charcoal-colored balm felt unfamiliar at first, but I got used to it as I kept using it. Since I have dry skin, I tend to avoid products that leave intense dryness afterward, and this one still felt satisfactory after use.

## How did it remove eye makeup?

I applied waterproof mascara and eyeliner to the back of my hand, let them dry, and removed them using only the HEEDA cleansing balm. It also cleansed thoroughly on days when I wore both foundation and eye makeup, and I did not experience any eye stinging while using it.

When I first used it, the clear cap did not come off directly; I had to twist the lid section all the way open before it would come off. Also, even though the spatula had a holder groove, it did not stay in place well and would fall off when I closed the lid.
