## Where to eat fruit sando in Suwon

Fruit sando (fruit sandwiches) kept showing up on my feed lately, and I really wanted to try one, but going all the way to Seoul felt like such a hassle for us Suwon folks ㅠㅠ....;;;

Luckily, there's a great spot for fruit sando right here in Suwon. And it's close by too! Jo Hui-tak Coffee near Ajou University turned out to be a handmade dessert specialty shop.

Besides the handmade cakes made in-store, they had a variety of fruit sando ready. And on top of that, the coffee was really delicious too. They have decaf as well, so I highly recommend getting coffee here!

## Drink menu and free decaf with a pregnancy badge

From their signature Tak Latte to flat white and milk tea, there were plenty of tasty menu options. Switching to decaf costs an extra ₩800, but showing a pregnancy badge means no extra charge. Decaf is essential during pregnancy, so a free switch for pregnant guests is really the best~

## Baked cookies and handmade cakes at Jo Hui-tak Coffee

There were plenty of baked pastries too. Financiers came in plain, churros, and lotus flavors, plus there were chocolate chip cookies and chocolate chip Levain cookies. They even had salt bread, so what else can I say~~

The handmade cakes really caught my eye ㄷㄷㄷ. I came for the fruit sando, but I almost got distracted by the cakes and nearly ordered one instead. But today, I was determined to have the sando.

Jo Hui-tak Coffee's fruit sando lineup includes tangerine, peach, melon, apple mango, and even a mixed fruits sando loaded with all sorts of fruit!!!! This really is Suwon's go-to spot for fruit sando.

## Inside Jo Hui-tak Coffee: atmosphere and seating

The store looked small from outside, but the hall goes back deep. Once inside, there was way more space than I expected. There's a big table that would work great for group gatherings, and the vibe is nice for chatting or studying too.

The customers were actually quite mixed too. Groups of older guys, people working solo, students studying, women chatting away!! The seating was well divided so it felt comfortable.

I love mango, so how could I not order apple mango?! ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Honestly it looked so delicious that I wanted to work my way through all the other sando flavors too!?

![Iced Americano at Jo Hui-tak Coffee](https://img.superchart.com/images/suwon-ajou-apple-mango-sando-cafe/suwon-ajou-apple-mango-sando-cafe-22-yjd1p-900.webp)

The coffee was also amazing!! You could really tell the beans were nutty and fresh. Plus, if you eat in-store, you get a refill.. This place seems like a total gem for Ajou University students. Imagine having such a great café right in front of your school ㅠㅠ

![Cross-section of the sando with a big chunk of apple mango](https://img.superchart.com/images/suwon-ajou-apple-mango-sando-cafe/suwon-ajou-apple-mango-sando-cafe-23-sgtw5-900.webp)

The sando had one big chunk of apple mango taking up the space - the cream wasn't greasy and wasn't overly sweet either, which I loved. I was able to eat it from start to finish without getting sick of it. It was so good I actually considered ordering another one..haha

![A bite taken out of the apple mango sando](https://img.superchart.com/images/suwon-ajou-apple-mango-sando-cafe/suwon-ajou-apple-mango-sando-cafe-24-oj0uv-900.webp)

## How the apple mango sando tasted on a first try

As my first-ever taste of sando, it was a bit like whipped cream cake but the bread had a slightly salty edge, which gave it a unique flavor. Maybe it was lightly toasted in butter..!? Anyway, it was so delicious ㅠㅠ. After trying it this time, I think I'm hooked on sando now. This was Jo Hui-tak Coffee, the Ajou University dessert spot I'd recommend to anyone looking for a fruit sando place in Suwon.
