On a long-overdue get-together, the writer ordered the aged salmon plate, ragu pasta, lasagna, rosé pasta and wine: the aged salmon was soft with no fishy taste, and the ragu sauce, simmered for more than 3 hours, was deep and clean. It works well both as a Yeonnam-dong date course and as a casual spot for a friend gathering. ## Inside Pastiar: the mood and the window seats The interior has that signature Yeonnam-dong sensibility with a cozy layout.
