They gave us extra broth ahead of time in case we ran short, so we could keep it from getting too salty and enjoy it deliciously right to the end. The warm welcome from the owner and staff, plus the fast service, kept me in a great mood the whole meal. Piling ham and generous fillings onto rice and mixing it with the rich broth, a whole bowl of rice disappeared in the blink of an eye.
