On one wall hung a certificate from Le Nôtre, the French culinary school, which got me even more excited for the brunch menu 😆 The kitchen is open, so you can watch the food being made right in front of you. Avocado and poached egg were layered on top of the kimchi fried rice, with crunchy toppings added, so the plating was quite generous too.
