From the signboard to the tabletops, the lighting was low and the colors were bold, setting up exactly the kind of night-time mood where you want one more drink with your meal. Parking was difficult when I visited. It leaned more toward a place for slow eating and conversation than a brightly lit restaurant. Even though it serves Western-style food, the atmosphere didn't feel forced. This time I ordered both. The gochujang rosé pasta stood out for having a charred, smoky flavor come through first, rather than being a style where the cream dominates. It looks generously sauced even in photos, and eating it in person, the gochujang rosé sauce with its smoky char was clearly the centerpiece. It's the kind of dish where you end up using the bread to not leave any sauce behind.
