Put butter on it and let it sizzle away~~ 🥓 The butter was Isigny butter, too. It practically melted in my mouth ㅠㅠㅠ My absolute favorite pairing is wasabi and salt, no question! Please make sure to try it this way ㅠㅠㅠ It is a combo that simply cannot taste bad,,ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ My boyfriend had been singing gyukatsu's praises before, so I brought him here, and it was a huge success for both of us, haha. The portions were quite generous, but we did not leave a single piece behind, haha. The standard sides were all neat and good, and we were both so satisfied with the generous, delicious gyukatsu!
