There are so many bars in Gyodong that it's hard to pick one, but today I was craving yukhoe (raw beef), so I went to Yukyeonjeong. Both my friend and I were trying odregi for the first time haha. Odregi is the beef aorta cut, and its defining trait is a chewy, crunchy bite. It was unfamiliar but really tasty! Different from meat that melts softly in your mouth, but it has its own charm.
