The Sinbu-dong street in Cheonan is busy no matter where you go, but I didn't expect the café itself to be this packed
There were really so many customers on the weekend
When I ordered, I was guided to sit outside
And they brought the drinks all the way out to the outdoor table

## How the americano at Brewers Coffee tastes: bright and tart

I ordered the americano at this Sinbu-dong café
If you like coffee with some acidity, I'd recommend it
The americano tasted clean and crisp
I bet the affogato at Brewers Coffee is delicious too!
Whenever I come to Cheonan I usually end up wandering around Shinsegae and just grabbing a Starbucks takeout at some Cheonan café —
I'm glad I came to Brewers Coffee this time 🖤

And each one was individually wrapped
Brewers Coffee's handmade desserts ✨
Even though it's their usual packaging, I liked that they still wrapped it this way
The box packaging is pretty enough that a lot of customers wrap desserts nicely as gifts
If you're a baked-goods lover, I'd absolutely recommend the desserts here

The distinctive canelé aroma was great and so was the taste
It's the kind of flavor that makes you think you should have bought a whole bunch 😎
My partner also tried the butter rice cake — crisp outside, soft inside
He said the sweet-and-salty balance was spot on
Every dessert at Brewers Coffee in Cheonan was delicious

I expected it to be plain, but it was nutty and sweet at the same time — really good
Instead of a firm texture, it was soft
I'd recommend it as a dessert that both kids and adults would like
I never eat snacks in the car because I'm afraid of dropping crumbs, but I took one bite and just devoured the whole thing — a ridiculously good madeleine 🤎

## Is a weekend visit to Brewers Coffee worth it?

Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, was full of atmosphere
Since it was so busy on the weekend, I ended up taking everything to go
A Cheonan café I'd love to visit again on a quiet weekday
It's right on the Sinbu-dong street in Cheonan so it's easy to walk to, and there's a public parking lot nearby too, so parking is convenient
On the weekend, with the smell of freshly baked bread and fragrant coffee, my partner and I had a happy weekend together 🤭
It's exactly the kind of vibe I like, so this place keeps coming to mind
