It did not feel like an overly dark or noisy drinking spot—more like somewhere to sit, talk, and slowly enjoy drinks! I tried the yuk sashimi first, and it was tender and clean-tasting. The Korean beef yuk sashimi is vacuum-aged at a low temperature to bring out a deeper flavor and tender texture. Dipping the rich mungtigi in them was so delicious, haha. One half-and-half platter and drinks felt like an easy, no-pressure order for two, too. In particular, Tuesdays and Fridays are salmon delivery days, and they also offer grilled salmon service then, so salmon lovers may want to keep that in mind.
