It was a nice light first bite. The avocado salmon had soft smoked salmon on creamy avocado, and it was clean and mild to eat haha The shrimp rémoulade felt a bit like creamy shrimp!? I already like ricotta cheese and love truffle aroma, so this sandwich combining the two was a pass from the start. But the truffle aroma hit me the moment I took a bite and the flavor was so good . . .🍄‍🟫🤎 Whoever thought of pairing ricotta with truffle, the owner is a genius. . ## Verdict: Dento is a quiet Bongsan-dong café that's good to visit alone Dento, the new café in Bongsan-dong, felt cozy and comfortable overall, so it was great for spending time alone!
