We were given pickles, cutlery, water, and side plates. It came piled generously onto a large plate with salad and fries. I took one bite and my mouth literally fell open because it was so good. Chili oil gave it a slightly spicy, savory depth, unlike the usual steak-sauce-style chop steak I had eaten before.
