They boiled everything together except the noodles. The noodles were served like a dessert once we'd finished the rest of the food. They served the raw shrimp over cold ice, along with wasabi, lemon, hot sauce, and even buldak mayo (spicy chicken mayo sauce)~ The shrimp were so fresh that they kept flipping around. I totally recommend this for anyone looking for truly fresh raw shrimp sashimi!! The meat was firm and bouncy, with the best chewy texture. They come with tartar sauce, and they were crispy and savory — perfect as a beer snack. The staff member had real skill — even in a small paper cup the size of a soju glass, they piled the ice cream up high so the portion was generous. Ending with cool ice cream made for the perfect finish!
