It is about 600 m from Exit 3 of Jungangno Station, on the first floor along the main road opposite Gukchaebosang Memorial Park, so it is fairly easy to find. If you are driving, search for “Dongseong-ro Parking Lot.” The restaurant supports ₩1,500 of parking for 30 minutes, so keep that in mind.
