Sangbong sits inside an alley off the main Dongseong-ro strip, and when I visited in the evening the place already had quite a few people inside. There were hearty options like suyuk and jeongol (hot pot), alongside simple sides like ramyeon and fries, so picking drinking snacks was easy. With the lemon in it, it felt a bit more refreshing than a regular draft beer. Sipping it alongside the suyuk worked well, and even though I meant to keep the drinking light that day, eating and chatting together made the whole meal stretch out slowly.
