Hours are 10:30 - 20:00, with a break time of 15:30 - 17:00. We arrived a bit early, around 4pm, only to find out that break time ran from 3:30 to 5pm. We were hungry, but we really wanted to try this famous Milyang spot, so we killed some time nearby and came back right at 5pm when break time ended. ## Parking at Milyang Dol Jjamppong: 4 spaces out front and a free lot There was room for about 4 cars right in front of the store. Right next door, there was also a free vacant-lot parking area, so we didn't have to worry about parking at all. We came back right at 5, and there were already people waiting. It really is a well-known Milyang restaurant, so customers started gathering even before regular dinner time. Crispy outside, moist inside — dipping them in the dol-jjajang made them a real treat. My kid loved the crunchy texture in the first bite~ ### Dol-jjajang: stone-plate black bean noodles with scorched rice crust Finally, the Milyang Dol Jjajang arrived! Honestly the scorched rice was even better than the noodles~ Definitely add extra rice and mix it in! haha ### Sujedontang: handmade pork with two dipping sauces We also ordered the handmade pork stew, which is somewhere between pork cutlet and sweet-and-sour pork.
