It's open daily from 11:00 to 19:00, and there's no dedicated parking lot. Fruit mochi is so hot on Instagram and social media these days! And I heard there was a famous fruit mochi place in Gyeongju's Hwangnidang-gil too, so I stopped by. Can you see the mango's beauty...? It was perfectly ripened and so delicious. And the cream, mochi, and mango all worked together so harmoniously. ### Why the chocolate mochi from Tareudang went uneaten And the one remaining chocolate mochi... what happened to it? Honestly, I was looking forward to that one too, so I left it in the fridge to eat the next day — but ugh, I completely forgot to grab it on the way out of the guesthouse... I asked the guesthouse owner, but apparently any food left behind gets thrown out right away. So the chocolate mochi never made it into my mouth... Even thinking about it now, it's so disappointing and sad. Someone please avenge my grief. If you go to Tareudang, definitely buy a chocolate mochi and eat it there and then. (Checking the fridge before checkout is a must... sob.) 🥺💔 ## Is Tareudang in Gyeongju worth a stop? Tareudang in Gyeongju is a dessert spot I'm fully satisfied with — fresh, generously sized fruit mochi! 🥭 The packaging is pretty enough to make a great gift or travel snack, and both the golden kiwi and mango yogurt mochi were amazing. Though leaving the chocolate mochi behind in the guesthouse fridge left a tearful bit of regret... 😭 all the more reason to make Tareudang my first stop next time I'm in Gyeongju and buy everything up!
