Unusually, they also had a lot of whiskey options!! This would be heaven for whiskey lovers. It came with bossam, rice, side dishes, and doenjang-jjigae (soybean-paste stew), so it was nice to have everything laid out as a full meal. What I remembered most from this set was the whole sesame seeds. You grind the whole sesame seeds yourself. Grinding them right at the table released such a nutty aroma, and it was quietly fun. Sesame oil comes separately too, so you can add that to suit your taste. The bossam rice-bowl set also comes with doenjang-jjigae. Uldong Bossam was a place where I could comfortably enjoy bossam as a meal in a clean setting.
