What I ordered that day was frozen pork belly plus pork cheek meat. The frozen pork belly comes thinly sliced, and it was my first time trying the frozen cheek meat — it had a totally different charm from the pork belly I usually eat. After the meat, I finished up by ordering bibim guksu (spicy mixed noodles) too. The chewy noodles paired nicely with the sweet-and-tangy sauce, making them a great thing to eat in between bites of meat.
