Rice, doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), assorted side dishes, bossam, and minari all came together, making it a thoroughly complete meal. ### Grind-your-own sesame sauce Another fun point at Uldong Bossam was the sauce where you grind the sesame seeds yourself.
