We went on a weekday evening and walked right in without waiting. There were lettuce, peppers, and ssamjang (seasoned soybean dipping paste). Only take what you’ll eat!! I grabbed extra lettuce and peppers too. Drool,,, We were both hungry, and when we saw it, we were like, wow, this looks seriously delicious haha. We tucked the enoki mushrooms underneath to cook on the stone plate, then ate them at the end, hehe. Listen to that sound. Because it was fire-grilled, it had that smoky flavor, and the seasoning was sooo good too. I really, really recommend the fire-grilled squid-and-pork stir-fry! The cheongguk doenjang-jjigae that comes with the meal!
