At first I wondered if they would be firm peaches, but they were somewhere between soft and firm…!! I love peaches like that. And the whipped cream wasn’t overly sweet or rich, so it went really well with the peaches. It was my first peach cake, and I thought, wow, this is tastier than I expected? Siznique cakes are packed with fruit, and this peach cake was no exception; the fruit proportion was much higher. Sweet whipped cream + delicately textured, delicious peaches + sponge. Their strawberry cake is also famous for being delicious, so I’m looking forward to winter too~~!
