I’ll have to come back and try it next time +_+ ## A comfortable interior and service bar, even with a baby The interior was bright with lots of seats, so it looked great for family gatherings too~ There are long tables as well, so dining alone is possible! What was especially nice was a separate hand-washing area inside the restaurant, with hair ties and toothpicks ready too! I’m always conscious of hygiene with a baby, so having a dedicated place to wash hands was so satisfying..!! There were aprons and baby high chairs too. Here comes the nuruk-aged tangsuyuk (sweet-and-sour fried pork)!! Since the sauce comes separately, it works whether you dip it or pour it on, haha. The tangsuyuk pieces were large, so we cut them with scissors for easier eating! It was a small serving, but it looked just right for two people. You can tell it looks like it was fried in clean oil, right? They gave us three sauces, too? Topping it with wasabi and whole-grain mustard sauce gave it a spicy kick that worked so well~ Putting dressed peppers on top of the tangsuyuk is the secret move!!! You have to try it.
