I visited Gwanganda Jjji, a Gwangalli seafood restaurant in Minrak-dong, Busan, where you can really taste the deep flavors of Busan's sea.

## Gwanganda Jjji parking: underground lot and 2 hours of public parking support

Gwanganda Jjji has its own underground parking lot in the building. On top of that, Millak Public Parking Lot (Millak-dong 113-46), Subyeon Park Public Parking Lot (Millak-dong 110-27), and Suybeon Children's Public Parking Lot (Millak-dong 110-15) all offer 2 hours of support per table.

We ordered the dachi han-sang set for two. There are also extra menus like fresh abalone porridge, extra sashimi appetizers, and extra sashimi, so it's easy to pick according to your taste.

As soon as we sat down, a neat and lavish spread of sashimi appetizers arrived one after another.

Crisp lettuce salad, savory soy-marinated crab, and nicely grilled eel came out on pretty plates. The seasoned crab, well soaked in sauce, and the tangy-sweet namul dishes whetted the appetite even more.

Next, a golden-brown large chive pancake, savory cheese-grilled scallops, grilled abalone, and cream shrimp filled the table. The pancake was crispy outside and moist inside, and the grilled abalone and cream shrimp were the best of the best.

The assorted seafood plate came with wriggling fresh live octopus tangtangi, prepared fresh abalone sashimi, raw shrimp, sea squirt, and horned turban shells. Everything was glossy with freshness, and dipped in sesame oil sauce, the savory ocean flavor filled the mouth. The plump shrimp and the crunchy bite of the abalone sashimi were the best part.

### The main assorted sashimi and sushi

Next came today's main dish — an elegant assorted sashimi platter served on a beautiful plate. Wooden name tags labeling each type of fish sat on top, making it both fun to look at and satisfying to know exactly what you're eating.

The fresh live-fish sashimi was cut into thick pieces, so you could really feel the chewy texture and savory juiciness. Eating it with tangy baek-kimchi (white kimchi), rakkyo (pickled scallion), and pickled ginger rounded out the flavor even more cleanly.

### Braised fish, fried dishes, crab stew, and a finish of abalone porridge

After enjoying the sashimi, the warm dishes kept coming. There was fish braised in a spicy-sweet sauce, along with crispy fried shrimp and fried crab. The spicy, refreshing crab stew was excellent for settling the stomach and was perfect to enjoy as an accompaniment to drinks.

For the final course, a rich abalone porridge topped generously with savory sesame seeds and sesame oil was served. Finishing with the thick, smooth abalone porridge made for a perfectly warm, complete meal.
