This place is a salmon specialist, after all. The salmon is in great condition, and the fat and flesh are distributed so harmoniously that you could come just for the salmon! They vary the sauce for each type of sushi, so the sauce and ingredient pairings were great for making each one taste even better! ### Red shrimp sushi: thick and slightly sweet The red shrimp (hongsaewoo) is thick, mildly sweet and rich! The shrimp is big, so when you eat it in one bite the shrimp juice bursts out, which goes nicely with the rice.
