We settled on the third floor, which had a lovely atmosphere, and the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was truly wonderful. Kiosk ordering was also available. Rummo linguine made with durum wheat, Hands' special cream sauce, bacon, button mushrooms, and cheese came together in a smooth, rich flavor.
