It was already perfectly seasoned, so the salt just sat there untouched. The flavor was solid, crispy classic fried chicken! But as I kept eating, I suddenly thought, "Ugh... I should've ordered soy sauce." Became a person who regrets their menu choice too late haha. And oddly, they say it's tastier once it's cooled. It really was true — eating it slightly cooled rather than piping hot, there was no gamey chicken smell and the sauce seemed to soak in more chewily, which was delicious 👍🏻 The mild flavor seems like something anyone, of any age, could enjoy without complaint!! Fried was solid / mild was textbook dakgangjeong / shrimp was plump.
