I’ve been to quite a few pork cutlet places, and true to its name, this one is seriously devoted to pork cutlets. Go around the back of the building and there’s a very large dedicated lot, with about as much space as a big café. When I cut into it, cheese flowed out like a waterfall. The sauce wasn’t too heavy either, so it complemented the cutlet nicely. At the Buldang branch, though, it came as a moist, soupy style with plenty of broth. I took a spoonful of the broth first, and it was very well seasoned—pleasantly sweet and spicy, with the sauce soaked right into the rice cakes. Jinsim Wang Donkatsu Buldang is a place where you can enjoy delicious pork cutlets and better-than-expected soupy tteokbokki in generous portions. With its large parking lot, convenient ordering system, and the fun of a serving robot, it’s great for visiting with children or having a filling meal with friends or a partner.
