My husband was born in '94 and I was born in '99, but our bodies just aren't what they used to be, so I've been exercising lately lol. What's the point of working out if I keep eating greasy food though ㅠㅠ So I decided to clean up my diet a bit too, which brought me to a salad and poke place ❤️

This is Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch — a Chungju salad and Chungju poke restaurant. There are a few other salad places around, but the big reason I picked this one is that people say it tastes better than the others haha.

## Where do you park at Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch?

Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch has a parking garage in the building's basement, and even though I didn't ask them to register my car, apparently the first hour is just free. Most salad places usually don't have parking, but this one has a basement garage in the building!!!! The lot was spacious too ❤️

Here's the menu board. Places that aren't confident about their prices never leave the menu board outside lol. Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch — the Chungju salad and Chungju poke restaurant — is confident enough in its prices to leave the board right out front. Photos were included on the menu too, which made ordering easy.

There are also tables inside the restaurant~~~ Most salad places near where I live are takeout-only with just 1-2 tables and cramped stores, but Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch is set up really nicely for eating in too.

We ordered at Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch via kiosk ^^ There are so many salad combinations and sauces that I don't think I'd get tired of eating here every day!! Here's what we ordered.

Inside the store there's tableware like this and even ⭐️ice water⭐️ haha. Once you're done eating, just return your dishes to the return station.

### Kombucha ade mixed berry

This is the kombucha ade mixed berry. I don't go to cafes much these days because the drinks aren't great for your health, but apparently this drink is actually good for you! If it tastes this good AND is good for your health, there's no reason not to get it.

## Is Salad Ring takeout still fresh after 1 hour 30 minutes?

I opened up the takeout from Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch after getting home, and even after about 1 hour and 30 minutes, nothing had shifted around and the vegetables were still fresh — it's amazing. Now let's actually dig in at home ^^

### Ham egg sandwich

First up, the sandwich ✌️❤️❤️ Have you ever eaten such a thick sandwich?? It's not even one slice of ham + cheese each, it's two slices each. Amazing lol lol lol. Packed to the brim!!!!! I've never had a sandwich like this before.

### Fried tofu bibim poke

Here's the crispy tofu bibim poke~~ Since it's vegan, there's no egg by default, but I asked them to add one. The portion was way too big for the price so my husband and I shared it!! Usually the sauce ends up spilling everywhere, but no matter what you do here, the sauce just doesn't spill lol.

We poured the sauce in and mixed it before eating. The portion is really huge and it's generously loaded with crab stick, mushrooms, corn, flakes, salad and more — the combination is a work of art. Dieting suddenly got a lot easier haha.

### Spicy tender chicken wrap

Time for the spicy tender chicken wrap. One reason I like Salad Ring, Chungju Terminal Branch is that they package everything so neatly and prettily. Eating from such nice packaging made the mealtime feel even better ^_^

The size of the spicy tender chicken wrap is insane lol. Don't compare it to a McDonald's chicken wrap size. This is several times bigger at least!!! And it tastes so, so good 😭😭😭😭 Packed with filling ❤️❤️❤️
