It was a hearty pizza loaded with Tobeu Nain's own house-made jambon ham, mozzarella cheese, a soft-boiled egg, and mushrooms. The soft-boiled egg and cheese paired so well together that we scraped the plate clean! It felt less like steak-as-a-topping and more like a set of steak and pasta served together. The drink menu had distinctive options like coconut snow and matcha-fresso latte, plus dessert options like soufflé, egg tart, and Basque cheesecake.
