Cheongju Korean restaurant for galbi pot rice: Sorori
Sorori Cheongju Main Branch is a sotbap (pot rice) restaurant in Seongan-gil, Cheongju, Chungbuk. I tried samgyetang pot rice and the signature beef short-rib pot rice, with plentiful ingredients and especially tender chicken leg and braised ribs; add a little salt to the beef rice if needed. Verdict: a great pick for nourishing Korean food in a clean setting.
