Since it's a full-body massage you have to undress, which can feel a bit chilly, but the warm bed made it nice, haha. They cover your body with a large towel and only uncover the exact part they're working on. Each private room has its own air conditioner, so if you ask them to adjust the temperature to your liking, they will. At first the pressure felt a bit gentle and careful, but when I asked for it stronger, they kept it strong the rest of the way, lol.
