The outside has visible layers, crisp and nutty, while the center is soft and sweet — so you get a crunchy shell and moist filling in one bite. One bite brings caramel sweetness, and every so often a salty note cuts the sweetness, so I kept reaching for more. Apparently the salted caramel financier is actually one of Brewers Coffee's popular items. ## Is Brewers Coffee worth a stop as a dessert café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan? Brewers Coffee has such a wide variety of desserts — financiers, canelés, madeleines, flan and more — that it'd be great for a group to visit and split a few different items, and since takeout is available, it's also fine just to grab some baked goods to go. Above all, it's not far from Cheonan Terminal or Shinsegae Department Store, and having a public parking lot right outside made it easy to get to.
