The par-grilled premium makchang came in a square shape, thicker than the regular one. Biting in, the chewy texture held its structure while the fat's richness melted through with each chew, leaving a clean, lingering aftertaste. ### Spicy clam wine stew for 6,000 won The spicy clam wine stew (ttaengcho baekhap suljjim) has a makgeolli-based broth loaded with baekhap clams.
