Stir-fried pork, japchae and baby tableware The self-serve bar at Busan-e Tteun Godeungeo Asan Tangjeong Branch was really varied and great. Lots of side dish options, and the vegetables looked super fresh too. Such a clean self-serve bar!! It seemed really well maintained. I filled a plate with one of each side dish. There were so many kinds I couldn't fit them all, but I got most of them ~! The soup was seaweed soup! The seasoned mackerel came out first! Wow, other than braised mackerel I'd never had mackerel with seasoning grilled right onto the skin — it was so novel and delicious. Maybe because of that light seasoning, it was seriously good~!!! The mackerel had a lot of flesh and was nice and savory! And the atka mackerel was really, truly moist — that was its defining feature, and it was so good. Soft, easy to flake off the bone, absolutely delicious. They say it's rich in oil, which is why the flesh is so plentiful and moist : )! I love atka mackerel and hadn't had it in ages, so I ended up eating most of it myself.
