Maybe that was why, but the meat was especially juicy, so tender, and delicious. It was so savory and delicious that I kept eating it right to the end even though I was full. The more it simmered, the richer the broth became, making it perfect with the meat. There was even a separate burner just for the doenjang-jjigae, so we could eat it warm from start to finish, which I loved. While we were eating, the owner came around and asked first whether we wanted a refill. We were too full for one, but that kind service made the end of the meal feel especially pleasant. ## How was it for family meals and group gatherings? Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang Daejeon Gayang Branch is a Korean barbecue restaurant with a comfortable interior, good value for money, and the kind of experience that feels worth the price. Above all, the meat was so juicy and tasty, and the owner and staff were extremely kind, so we could eat comfortably and happily. It is also close to Daejeon IC, Daejeon Station, and Daejeon Complex Terminal, so it is very accessible.
