It's one of the tastiest pork ribs I've ever had, haha. I've been to a lot of meat restaurants in Bitgaram-dong, and this is the one I recommend most in Naju. The seasoned ribs are great, and every single side dish that comes with them — the seasoned crab, the cucumber jelly salad, the corn snail miso soup — is delicious too >< This is my honest review of Chamsutjip in Bitgaram-dong, Naju Innovation City! ## Where Chamsutjip Naju Innovation City Branch is and when it opens Chamsutjip Naju Innovation City Branch is on the 1st floor of 317-15 Green-ro, Naju, South Jeolla. It's open daily from 11:00 to 22:00 with a break time from 15:00 to 17:00. You can book through Naver Reservation, and there's underground parking too ⭕️ It's in a commercial building near the Lumen Heim apartments! It's on the first floor of the Lake Rock Bowling building, and since Bitgaram Lake Park is right in front, the view is amazing, haha. This is the place, haha. There's also an outdoor terrace, perfect for weather like this! ### Sunday dinner at Chamsutjip: why you need a reservation The place is huge but always busy, so I made a Naver reservation ahead of time for 5pm on Sunday~ All the indoor tables were already booked out, haha. By around 6:30, both the hall and the outdoor tables were completely full! Such great value, haha. Since it's a pork rib specialty spot, I definitely recommend the pork ribs, haha. The corn snail miso soup was also really good, haha. The table next to us said they always order the jjagyechi (mixed noodle-and-rice dish) when they come. Genuinely every single dish here is delicious! The cucumber salad had big chunks of jelly in it too, the portions were huge~~ and the seasoning was perfectly balanced. There's also a self-serve bar where you can grab more side dishes if you need them! The meat is thick and there's a lot of meat still on the bone, so it looked so good~~ While grilling, cut it into bite-sized pieces and keep rolling it around as it cooks!!! For a complimentary soup, the portion and quality are amazing, haha. It's loaded with crab and corn snails, so the broth is deep but still refreshing, and so delicious. The portion of pork ribs was pretty big! We'd originally planned to order the 3+1 pork ribs and then naengmyeon (cold noodles) or jjagyechi, but we were too full, so we stopped here. The portions are huge!!! Keep rolling it around as you grill it, haha. Just looking at the color of the seasoned ribs tells you it's good — slightly sweet, full of juice, and the meat quality was genuinely great! Keep eating it with rice and lettuce wraps, haha.
