It had that characteristically big futomaki look, so I immediately had to take photos when it arrived. Each piece was packed with ingredients, so it felt much bigger and more substantial than regular gimbap (seaweed rice roll). In particular, the yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) gave it a different appeal from futomaki with salmon or tuna. I tried the yukhoe futomaki this time, and it made me want to try the other futomaki varieties next time too.
