Since it's located at the Culture Manufacturing Center right next to Cheongju Museum of Art, Sorori Sotbap is great to visit together with an art museum date~! The clean, upscale wood-tone atmosphere made it good for dates, and the spacious layout seemed good for family meals or gatherings too haha The short rib pot rice we ate had big chunks of short rib that made it filling, and mixing in the butter made it savory and full of flavor~ Pairing it with laver, salted seafood, and cubed radish kimchi kept me reaching for more haha. And the plump shrimp buckwheat gimbap, limited to 10 a day, had a combination of fried shrimp, egg, and buckwheat that worked better than expected, making it a fun specialty to enjoy!
