It was a weekend and there were lots of customers, but there were still plenty of seats haha. The décor is clean and modern overall, with lush green plants here and there as lovely accents haha. The atmosphere is so nice that it would be perfect for a date in Cheonan, too. The brunch menu was as varied as a decent restaurant’s, and I wanted to try everything ㅠ. It’s a café, but it came out with the quality of a real Western-food specialty restaurant..!! 🫢 I’ve been really into basil lately, so I ordered the basil cream pasta. Its distinctive fragrant aroma came through gently and blended so well with the cream—it was absolutely delicious! You first get a subtle sweetness from the castella crumbs on the outside, then the soft cream joins in, making the whole thing sweet and smooth. The castella itself wasn’t too dry, and eaten with the cream, it didn’t feel at all like it would stick in your throat haha.
