While traveling in Cheonan, I was looking for somewhere good near the Independence Hall—and since I really love dumpling hot pot, I headed straight over when I heard there was a great one in Cheonan, haha. They are huge, just like king-sized dumplings should be..!! The wrapper was not too thick, just the right thickness, and it was packed full of filling—so delicious. After the pleasantly chewy wrapper, the filling tasted moist and savory with each bite. I recommend taking out the dumplings in the hot pot right away, since they can burst if boiled too long! They were even tastier with the broth, haha. You can eat the vegetables as soon as they soften. The broth was pleasantly spicy with great umami, so I drank a lot of it, haha. Glass noodles came as a basic add-in. It was my first time having glass noodles in dumpling hot pot, but surprisingly, they went so well with it! I loved that there were so many bean sprouts—my favorite, haha. We felt like we might burst, but you cannot give up cold noodles, right? The portion was just right for dessert. Mul-naengmyeon with little ice crystals floating in it..!! How could anyone resist? It tasted even better after the hot dumpling pot. All three of us felt stuffed, but we still finished it all while saying how delicious it was, haha.
