I honestly couldn't find a proper naengmyeon spot in Cheongju, but I tried Ojangdong Heungnamjip, which sits right on the road to Cheongnamdae — and found it! My Cheongju naengmyeon spot! It was hard to find a good hoe naengmyeon (raw fish cold noodle) place, but this one really delivered.
