Could all of that be aged kimchi...? Maybe this is the secret behind a truly great restaurant...🔥 Lots of tables had galbi kimchi jjigae, but since it was the weekend, lots were also having fresh pork belly on a pot lid, you know? Judging from the color and smell of the meat, the pork belly must be delicious too...
