Soje-dong as a whole keeps the layout of its old traditional houses while giving them a hip vibe, so the space itself is on the small side. The owner told us to dip it in the sauce that came with it, and to squeeze lime over it too — though I got confused whether the lime went on the sauce or straight on the taco! All the ingredients and sauces are made in-house with nothing pre-made, so everything felt fresh and delicious!
