Since the soufflé is cooked right after ordering, it's good to know beforehand that you'll need to wait a bit! But honestly, I liked this about it. It looked quite appetizing just on the plate. The thick, fluffy look typical of soufflé pancakes caught my eye, and pressing it slightly with a fork, it gave way softly — that felt really nice. Taking a bite, the outside had a subtle toasted nuttiness from the pancake being lightly grilled, while the inside was moist and had a lively, fluffy texture. Rather than the chewy, dense feel of a regular pancake, it was closer to something that softly melts in your mouth. Eating it together with the whipped cream and fruit changed the flavor a little each time. The pancake alone tastes plain and fluffy first, and adding fruit brings a refreshing tartness that makes the overall flavor much brighter.
